There are window mounted AC units available for the summer months (currently stored in the closet for winter). Convenient location on the south side of town with easy access to the freeways and Ft. McCoy as well as to downtown Tomah with its various restaurants, shopping, parks, and other businesses. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in rent, but electric and gas would be responsibility of the tenant. Wi-Fi is available for a small additional fee.
